Chris Troutman, Builder

Chris Troutman is proud of his East Tennessee heritage, his family and his Rhodes Communities homes, built throughout the Knoxville area.

A hands-on contractor, when Chris builds a home, he’s a frequent visitor to the home site, checking progress and talking with subcontractors and suppliers about what’s coming next. No detail is overlooked in Chris’s first-rate work.

“When I build a home, I want to make sure that the quality level would meet my family’s expectations,” says Chris. Only the best products and most skilled craftsmen are used on Chris’s projects.

Chris goes the extra mile with every project, making sure every home is built to fit the specific needs and wants of each homebuyer. Chris is proud to be a lifelong East Tennessean and University of Tennessee Volunteer, graduating with a Business Administration degree from UT in 1986. Chris’s building portfolio is diverse, working early on with Blaine Construction Corporation, based in Knoxville, on commercial and industrial properties.
