Susan Calabrese prides herself on finding the perfect home for each of her Realty Executives clients. “The role of real estate agent goes beyond selling homes,” says Susan. “Educating homebuyers and fellow real estate agents about the uniqueness of each neighborhood is the most important part of my job.”

With 10 years of sales and management experience, Susan laid the foundation for being a successful Realtor. Her 15 years as a Montessori teacher, working with children from 2- to 12-years, helped her identify with differing families needs when it comes to a home.

In her three years as a Realtor in the Knoxville area, Susan has gained a reputation as an honest, hardworking professional who cares about her community and her clients.

Susan was born in Nova Scotia but grew up in the Midwest. She attended the University of Tennessee and while there met her husband Dan. They returned to Knoxville from Florida in 1995 to raise their two daughters in the Knoxville community. She has been active with many events to benefit local schools and area hospitals. Susan and her family enjoy all that the area has to offer including local events and the quiet of the mountains.

Terri has made a career in real estate dating back to 1985 as a licensed Agent and 1987 as a licensed Broker. Sandy is originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, graduating from Atlanta Christian College with a B.S. degree in Music. She owned a piano studio and taught piano for over 20years before getting her license in real estate in 1996. Sandy worked with RE/MAX Checkmate in Johnson City, Tennessee for the last 10years and has earned the designations of ABR and GRI. She has held the title of Million Dollar Club Producer for over 9 years and RE/MAX President’s Club Producer for the last 7 years. Rick Smenner has over 28 years of experience in the Real Estate. During the last 15 years, his main focus has been new construction. Rick has always put his clients’ needs first to make sure their buying and selling experience is a positive one.

Rick and his family relocated to the Knoxville area a few years ago from Toledo, Ohio. He was a one of the Broker/Owners of a RE/MAX in Toledo, Ohio. He and his family have enjoyed their move to East Tennessee.

Regina comes to Rhodes Communities with over 14 years experience in the real estate field. First working with a local Title Attorney then advancing into real estate as an Office Manager and Licensed Assistant for 10 years.

Regina specializes in residential real estate in the Knoxville Area and has worked hand in hand with many builders. She was awarded the KAAR Gold Award of Excellence in 2007 and 2008.

Regina is now representing Rhodes Communities in our Karns Development, Carpenter Ridge.
